Looks like baby Pulsating Xenia to me. My husband LOVES them and they actually come in a few colors. Here is a video of them in action

I love the look of that but don't people hate pulsating xenia for some reason?

It can grow out of control, especially in newer tanks where there are lots of nutrients in the water.

I think it is the Clove polyps than then xenia , as im seeing no pulsating
