May 25, 2014 #2 bjohanson1234 ......... Get uncooked, unseasoned, shrimp and other types of sea food and you will be fine. I have made a mix of shrimp, scallops, and nori sheets before.

May 25, 2014 #3 R ReeferRob Reefing newb Just be sure to get it fresh or fresh frozen. Shrimp is supposed to be beige to green, if it's red it's spoiled or cooked.
