Can Ich kill my big Sohal fish too!

Unfortunately few days ago there was sudden out break of Ich (or maybe velvet cause the dots are very small and shiny) in my tank. 2 African clown fish and my antenna butterfly fish died due to that.
My biggest concern is if my big Sohal fish will die too (2 fish each around 20 cm)?
Their body is relatively covered with tiny white spots and they scratch to sands and rocks and breath rapidly.
can they survive this until I do something to my tank later?

Their ability to fight ich is dependent on their immune systems. This is also what keeps them from getting it in the first place. You can try some different medications that are available. It also helps to mix your food with garlic extract and liquid vitamin c, all available at your LFS. You can also try keeping your saltwater on the lower end of salinity, around 1.022-23. This helps the fish's circulatory systems work better.
