Can someone help ID this picture...

Ok, I have spent all morning looking for something that resembles what is wrong with my tang... Here is the picture, can anyone help?

not Oodinium. Could be a bacteria infection. If you are feeling gutsy, take a large bowl that will fit a gallon of tank water. Buy some melafix, which treats most bacterial infections, and dose the water with the directed dose. Leave him in there for about 10 minutes. Return him (without the water) back to the tank and repeat that process daily for a week (if he lives). I swear by it.

You could also try a freshwater dip before doing the melafix treatment.
