Chemi-pure

Anyone use this? I use it and it works well. It appears to be nothing more than crushed charcoal. Maybe there's more to it though.

itw\ works great but cyano and other alages seem to adapt to it so after a couple times it is not as efective anymore

There's a difference between ChemiClean and ChemiPure.

I'd toss it.
Even though chemi-clean is supposed to be safe to use,there are some corals that it effects.Plus it kills bacteria,cyano builds up a resistance to every time its dosed making you have to up the dosage to get results.

Chemi-Pure Elite will help remove the nutrients that cyano feeds on,there by helping starve it out.

Like Yote said, it works the first or second time, but after that, you're gonna have to find another way of fixing the cyano problem.

I used chemi-clean once or twice and it got rid of my cyano but I never used it again.
