Clean up crew

Just bought my first members of my clean up crew. Bought an emerald crab, 3 scarlet crabs, and a few turbos. Question guy at lfs said to acclimate to temp only. He said there would be no need to drip acclimate them. So what would you recommend? He also suggested me just pouring the water they are in directly in my tank. Help please!!

Drip acclimate, for sure. Inverts are even more sensitive than fish and should be acclimated longer than fish. I would drip them for an hour or so.
