I managed to replace my sand shifting star with a cleaner shrimp.

My Cleaner Shrimp was preggars. What do I do?

Theres hundreds of em. I switched off the pump to stop em swirling around. what do baby cleaners eat? Any special arrangements I should make?

No fish in the tank yet only a clean up crew. Two snails, peppermint shrimp, suspected pistol shrimp (never seen him), an emerald crab and the of course the cleaner itself.

Is this the kind of thing where all I can do is watch em all die?

You can try feeding them some sort of filter feeding food...

The filtration and pumps will probably take out most of em. Cryptic critters in the rock will munch on the rest.
