When should you add your cleanup crews? Thanks.

After your tank is fully cycled then you can start to add a small portion of the total CUC you want. If you add the whole CUC at once you will run into the risk of having some die off due to starvation.

Yep, add a few when the cycle is over. Or when you start to see algae.

What types of critters should I get? Should I just order one of the cleanup crew packs online or what? Tell me what you think.

IMO, the cleaner packs online contain too many animals. In a new tank, they'll starve.

I'd go to
Aquarium Fish: Tropical Freshwater Fish and Saltwater Fish for Home Aquariums

or

Saltwater Fish | Buy Saltwater Fish | Exotic Salt Water Fish - Reef Hot Spot

and build your own CUC. Get a mix of snails, an emerald, a starfish, and some shrimp.

Look at ReefCleaners.org | Clean Up Crews and Macro Algae - Home too, I just bought my clean up crew from there and was very happy. I ordered a decent crew for my tank and they ended up sending me much more than I actually ordered too

After you do your cycle and then do about a 33% PWC. Your tank will full of nitrates after the cycle and you`ll need to get rid of as much as you can with a big PWC and then frequent one after that.
