So, my fish tank has been infected with Ick/Ich.
Today, I noticed that my male clown fish has a white string hanging out of him, it looks like white poop.
Does this white stuff have anything to do with the Ick/Ich or is this a different problem all together?

It could either be poop, or an internal parasite. I don't think it is related to ich. If you are going to remove the fish to treat for the ich, you can also treat them with Prazi-Pro, which is for internal parasites. Do you know if your clown was wild-caught or tank bred? Wild-caught fish are at much higher risk of internal parasites than tank-bred.

Thanks, he seems to be doing fine now, I'm gonna keep a close eye on him for now, but he's acting just as normal as he always does at the moment.

+1 Biff...sounds like an internal parasite.

One of my freshwater fish got one of those once it was a parasite worm. I treated him in a separate tank and it fell off and never came back the fish has been alive for several years now.
