clown goby hosting?

just purchased my newest inhabitant today. a baby clown goby. i love the characteristics of this little critter. he is much like all of his other goby relatives with his quirky little personality and movement. very intertaining fish to watch. about 11:00 p.m. tonite i was on my way to bed. so i thought i would get out my flashlight and check on the little guy. i looked high and low for him but could not find him. finally i discovered him perched in my frogspawn! the question i had is, will he host? or did he just find a handy spot to perch for a while?
