clown obsessions

So my black and white clown used to be obsessed with my frogspawn. He would only leave it to attack the algae magnet or if I fed the tank. I decided to get him a girlfriend and ever since I added her, he has basically stopped hosting the coral and is now obsessed with her. They are inseparable. He has even shown submission to her and she hasn't tried to beat him up at all. (Yet) I think they're in love lol. Do you think they will host the frogspawn again any time soon? The newbie doesn't seem to have any interest in in hosting anything in the tank. But it has only been 3 days.

Clowns do weird things. You joke about hosting a powerhead, but that's basically what one I used to have did. They pick a favorite spot, or fish in this case, and that is where they live...until they decide they have a new favorite. That's why I love them so much. :)
