Clownfish might be sick

I have a black and white clownfish that looks like his top fin is white and rotting away. He still eats pretty well but I would like to try and help him get better.

What should I do to fix this? Also what should I do for a quick QT tank? 10 gallon, with DT water, heater, and some pvc pipe. maybe hangon back filter for some water movement.

I needed an emergency one and all I used was a 5gal bucket, tank water, and a bubbler. Gonna hafta do frequent water changes so nitrates phosphates and ammonia etc. dont get too high, but it works. But if it's not a major emergency and you have a bit of money to spare, 10 gal, small filter, heater, and presto! QT :)
