Corals not Looking so Good

Hey,

So over the past few days it seem like my corals are just not doing as well as they were. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. My levels are
SG: 1.024
Ammonia:0
Nitrite:0
Nitrate: 30ppm I know this is high but no matter what I do this level will not come down. I have done water changes 1/week since the tank was set up and I only feed 1/day every other day.
Phosphate:0
Temp is 76*F

What about the black nubs on the toadstool? I will start turning the light up a little bit more, I have it on about 10% usually

There is a snail that likes to get a little bit close but never on it. The rim of its shell will touch the base but that is it.
