Well it looks like I can get a usedCurrent 48" 2x150W 10,000K PowerPaq MH / 2 x 130W Dual Actinic for $240 to got for it, is it a good light, they guy im getting it from had it for less then a year. I have a 110G deep tank

What types of corals are you looking to keep? If you want any SPS or clams then I'd say you'd need 250w MHs.

It's a good light, but dual 130 watt actinics sounds like compact fluorescent bulbs, which are inefficient and expensive to replace. I mean it should be fine for SPS in the upper end of the tank, but it'll just make you want to upgrade later. I'd hold out for something else.
If they are the original bulbs, you'll probably have to replace them all soon if they're older than 6 months, which will add to your upfront cost significantly.
