Current light fixture and sponge filter

I have a current light fixture which uses a ft65watt dual daylight and dual65 watt actinic which are the hand made bulbs and in the middle is a set of two LEDs. The fixture runs three plugs and a larger plug I guess for them LEDs which don't turn on? Any info to which model number fixture I might have and if theses are still good or should they be replaced?
Filters I am running are them sponge nano squares. Howany times a week/month any recomendations on rinsing these?

Power compacts are pretty outdated.I recommend you replace it with a good T5 fixture with 4 bulbs.

If you really need to know the model number.Why not go to Current's website to email or get their contact number.

On those sponges,they should be rinsed out at least once a week.

Is rinsing these sponges off with tap water taking away anything from my ph levels

It shouldn't. Just squeeze them dry when you're done.

Nope.All its doing is getting rid of any trapped waste that will cause nitrates.
