Cycling questions?

So I have had my tank up a running for about two weeks. My ammonia is at .25 and been between .50 and .25 for the last few days. I can't get the ammonia to 0. Is this normal. I haven't got a nitrite spike yet? I am worried things aren't going good. Is there anything I can do to get this right?? Or is this how things go? :frustrat:

That sounds normal to me. For some reason, your tank hasn't built up enough bacteria to start converting the ammonia. Do you have any rocks in there?

yeah I have over 50 lbs of dry rock and 5-7 lbs of live rock! what should I do then??
