With having to refill my Zero Edge recently, I ran out of Salt. In searching I found this new stuff, D-D H2Ocean Magnesium Pro PLUS Salt Mix, and hadn't seen it before.

Has anyone used or heard of it? I went ahead and ordered it even though it was kinda expensive.

D-D H2Ocean Magnesium Pro PLUS Salt Mix

Also how much will 23.3kg make gallon wise? Thanks you guys.

MIXING
Using a clean container:
•Add 1 Kg of H2Ocean+ to 24.2 litres of water ( 1 Lb to 2.9 U.S. Gallons )
•Mix well until all of the salt is dissolved and the solution is clear.
•We recommend that you aerate for 24 hours and bring to temperature before use.
•Check the S.G. before addition to the aquarium.
•If required add more salt or water to obtain the correct S.G. reading.
•Remember that S.G. changes with temperature.
D-D recommends the use of a portable refractometer for accurate and consistent measurement of the S.G. of your salt solution.

*6.6Kg Tub for 165 - 200 lts (14.55 lbs for 43-52 US Gallons)

Quote right from the site

1Kg = 2.2lbs
So the tub is23.3x2.2=51.26lbs
51.26lbs X 2.9 = 148 gallons

So about 150 gallons of saltwater.

Oh god oh god oh god!

I'M SO SORRY!!!

David, never heard of it. Sorry again. I feel as though I have failed you. I have failed all of you.

After I recently spent a lot of time researching reef salt I ended up going with this stuff. I made my first batch, and will be using it for a water change on Thursday. Previously, I had been using Instant Ocean from the lfs.
