Oh well I think I'm going to add the 2 clowns at first, then I'll make a decision after. I can get Blue Green Chromis too, but I want to pair the Yellow Goby with a shrimp.

Three fish would be about the maximum you could keep in a 12 gallon tank. A pair of clowns and a goby should be good. I would not put a chromis in the 12 gallon tank, they need more room than that. Especially if there are already clowns in there; the clowns would probably just beat the chromis up.

Ok, didn't know that. I will probably just try it with 2 clowns at first and see how it goes.
