imo its pretty decent as long as its stocked correctly. at least one pound/g of rock. Right amount of sand. Also take into consideration that you will need to rent a truck to move it most likely. When looking at craigslist stuff i always remember to ask:
How old is it?
What type of equip? (exactly what type, brand/how old/etc) LIGHTING!
Is it running now or has it been in storage?
What brand of tank (some brands have a life long warranty, if thats the case try and receive a copy of their receipt and also draw one up for your transaction)

Anytime you buy a used tank off of Craig's List that comes with live rock, be sure to ask if it was ever treated with copper.

Its really hard for me to look for tanks on CL because I always see a bunch of pets that people are giving away and I want to take them all!

Oh... I did. My LFS has a tank priced well over 150k. the glass itself (bowfront) cost them 18k. it is a 500 gal. so many corals, anenomes etc. i love it...
