Dinos? UGH

so I have noticed some dino's growing on one rock specifically for the past week and hasn't really transfered to anything until I looked in the tank today.

there is one rock on the sand bed that has bubbles on it with some slime but it is on the other side of the tank

I don't see any bubbles/slimy goop on the sandbed or glass at all...would it be weird to have it centralized on something?

I do 8G WC's weekly and run a dual GFO and Carbon reactor, also have a nice softball size ball of chaeto that is in my sump that seems to be doing well (not turning brown)

my nitrates test 0 as well as phosphates but maybe it is consuming them? I feed about a quarter cube sized piece of rods food daily

first picture is the rock it formed on originally

With Dino's, don't do anything.
Let them run their course. Water changes will just prolong the problem and can even make it worse. Don't do a water change at all until the Dino's are gone.
Yeah, their ugly. Yes they can be deadly. But they also thrive in the exact same parameters that we strive to maintain in out tanks.
