Disease Clownfish

I Cannot tell if this is fin regrowth or ick? My pictures are not that good. (Possible ick is on tail, dorsal fin. Also the last picture has a brownish patch, what could that be?

Sorry I cant upload the last picture of the little brownish patch but it is sort of visible in the 4th picture just above his flipper

It could be Ich but I'm not sure because the pics are blurry.If it is Ich,I recommend vitamin like selcon added to the food.The brown patch could be hyper-melanization which is basically scar tissue from being stung by a coral/anemone.

Some more backround was He has been in my tank for about 2 weeks and my other clownfish has been going after and possibly eating the new ones tail

Looks like fin rot to me. I had htis with some of my fish and a 50% water change seemed to help a lot.

IDK,the fin doesn't look damaged or torn from the pics,i think it may be ick also

I think it may be Cauliflower or Lymphocystis. Look at this under viral disease.

If it is Lymphocystis stuff (like on the tangs fin) How should he be isolated? alone in a seperate tank, a little birthing tank type thing. Should he leave the current tank so he doesn't cantaminate it?
