Hi,
I have some fish in the middle of Hyposalinity to try and treat ich. My flame angel has developed a couple of spots that I am starting to worry about, and need help identifying so it is treated properly.
The spot on his head has actually shrunk over the past week, and is getting smaller. But, the spot on his gill has grown. Quite notably between the past couple of days.
Please let me know what it is. My treatment options might be limited due to the hyposalinty.

Temp-78
Ammonia-0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate -20ppm
pH - 8.0
I was thinking HLLE, but the other flank is clear.
Any help would be appreciated.
