diy'd cabinet and sump fuge

I failed Kobayashi Maru
It's done! It took a while, but I finally got my tank on its new setup.

We built a new cabinet (we haven't painted the sides and we haven't put the side doors in yet), and it is sittin' pretty :)

The sump that we built was from a 20 gallon which we added baffles to. The intake area is on the left which holds the Berlin skimmer with its rio pump, then the bubble trap, the next compartment is the return area, and to the right is the refugium. We split the intake from the tank with a valve, so we can control intake in the skimmer area and the refugium area; 75% going into the intake, %25 into the refugium. One of the 2 nozzles where the water exits the skimmer is routed to the refugium part as well. The other nozzle is dumping back in its own compartment.

Best thing of all...IT WORKS!!
