i have a humu humu, salfin,niger,atlantic blue than,yellow tang,2puffers,coral beauty,copper banded,foxface,dragon wrasses,snow flake eel,2mandarin...there's no fighting..there's a lot of open space. .and there's lot of places where they can hide

You've got more fish (and bigger fish) than I have in my 180g..I agree with Yote. Time to start thinning the herd. Or get a much larger tank.

Yote's right, it may look like a lot of swimming space now but, I bet most if not all of your fish aren't full grown yet. Also, you need to think of the bioload in the tank, not just the space in the tank. Eels add a huge bioload to the tank much more then one fish in it's place would add.

I think you should go withe a 300 gallon or more. that way you'll be able to skip the next upgrade size wise. Just a thought.

Check Craig's List in your area. There might not be something there now but just check it every couple of days and you'll be surprised what shows up.
