Dove season is officially open, gentlemen. And after a Big Red win last night, I have a good feeling.

Probably be storming here when the offical shoot time arrives.
So I think I'm gonna set this out and go get a mess of squirrels for supper tommorrow.
Those Dove breast are to expensive for me anyway. Takes me a case of shells to get one little bird.

I hit 3, but they went down in some thick brush. I left after that cuz there were probably 30+ people in the fields and nobody had on their blaze. I wasn't going to shoot anybody.

I think a buddy and I are going to private land tomorrow morning to get some dove and squirrels.
