Emerald or Gorilla?

So i purchased a smallpiece of liverock today just tofill in a gap in my tank, and low-n-behold, i see a crab in the bag. So I scooped himout and im now looking at him, He has what lookslike hairy legs(so I though gorilla crab) but his body isnt hairy its a nice green color(I then though emerald) I will try and post a picture as soon as possible, but does anyone have any ideas?

An easy way to tell.
Look at the ends of the claws.If they are pointed and sharp,get rid of the crab.
If the tips have what looks like small cups,them chances are you have an emerald.

I'm guessing Emerald Crab. I have seen a lot of them with "hairy legs" too.

Yes if it is true it is. Can you tell about it's pinchers? Pointed? Hard to tell from the picture.

I don't think he's big enough to do any harm, but better safe than sorry. Poor little fellow.

Tanner that's what I think, too. I have those and they are harmless. Put him back in the tank if that's what he is.

Does he have the black tipped claws or not?

If he's green and no black tipped claws then he is definitely an emerald.
