my t5's just bit the farm (2 of 6 still work) and I need to get lighting asap so as to not lose corals and nems...

Really wanting to stay under 600$
Tank is actually 7 foot but has always had darker ends
    7foot x 18in and 24 deep
    Any recommendations would be nice

Under 600.00 for 6 foot of lighting? Best bet is start looking at used units. Any decent light will run minimum 400.00 and you will need a couple at best. Personally, I would look to try and find the Kessil A360 used at around 200.00 per light. You will want to hang 3 over your tank.

Look at the chinese black box LED lights on Ebay, 3 of them will run you about $300 and your live stock will do just fine, I have two of them over my 75. They dont have all the programmable BS but I dont really need it either. I am getting great growth on LPS and SPS corals and that is from the bottom of the tank to the top of the tank.
