Jun 28, 2011 #8 wontonflip I failed Kobayashi Maru +1 everyone.... your water may evaporate, but it still leaves behind the nitrates. And like Ryan so eloquently put it, without top offs, the nitrates become more concentrated...not to mention the salt.
