Any fast growing SPS/LPS that will thrive high up in my tank close to the 150 metal halide?

    Thanks!

The green slimers are slower growing. But the other grow fairly quick as far as SPS goes.
Plating montis would be another good choice.

ok I know this is a hard question to answer but what kind of growth do you see from them? Like a month just a general guess

If your use to soft coral growth than SPS will seem like they grow at glacial pace in comparison.IMO,the plating montiporas seem to grow the fastest.I have a monti that has grown 6x in the past six months.I had several acropora(pink milli)that have grown 4x in the past six months. Both dwarf the Xenia that has grown 100x the past six months.

SPS are slooooow, but like others have said, the fastest I have are birdsnest and montis.

Thats just part of the hobby Sagent.Every tank is totally different. What grows great in one persons tank may die in another and vise versy.
I got one little spot of GSP that not grown at all in a year, but I also got some SPS that have grown like weeds while other not so good.

Post a pic of that starynight.I've never heard of that one.
