Ok so I am finally about to upgrade my MH bulbs to Pheonix bulbs like you said a long time ago.
Are these still a top choice?
I found the ones at Reef Geek that you know of but I also found them at Salty Supply but they had a different I guess reference to them. They said HEX ARC BLUE by Pheonix here is the link 150w Pheonix Hexarc Blue Double Ended Metal Halide Bulb
Are these the same bulbs or should I email them to ask?
I would also like to know what brand is actually proven better.
I use 3 150 watt bulbs are keep 3 clams and one is huge and every coral u can name or just about anything and my tank is 30" deep I also have the 8 x 39 T5's and 4 sets of LEDs that are effective for 16"s and taper off quick beyond that but I got it all set up great.
