Fatal Foxface Sting?

So I get home from work to feed my tank & notice that my 5" Naso Blonde is acting weird. He would'nt eat when I feed the tank & he seems disorientated. There's no bulling & hes a very fat healthy tang. I'm wondering if he accidentally bumped against the foxface & is now sick. I don't see any markings on him to confirm my theory, but cant think of anything else:frustrat: Can a ff sting kill a tang?

I'd think that Naso would have to really be after the foxface for it to get stung.

Sorry, I don't know what's going on either. I've heard of foxfaces stinging other fish, but it's rare. I don't think there's anything you can do about it if that's what happened, except wait and hope the fish gets better.

the F/F spine are for defence. unless the naso was on top of the F/F
and some thing startled him. my guys pop there spines up all the time
and no problems. they will do it when my arm is in the tank and im not
worried i just dont try to grab them.
