Feeding question

I have a random question about some of the descriptions that these fish have on their diets. When I read something like a fish eats "live brine shrimp, live black worms, etc.." like for the green mandarin, does that mean there is a 0% chance that these fish will eat frozen brine? If one were to like frozen foods would it be okay to use that as his diet?

That description is basically LA way of telling you that these fish are very difficult to get eating frozen foods. It can be done, but it takes some effort.

Also, you should feed something other than frozen brine, not much nutrition in brine.

depends on the fish. However, for many of the fish that can be difficult to get eating, there are now captive breed fish that come already trained to eat frozen, such as the mandarine (which is what i am guessing you are looking at).
