I cant believe its going to be in South Africa this time. Its going to be a crazy & intense world cup

Most of you probably dont know much about the team that will represent the U.S. in the biggest sporting event of the world. They a are very underrated team (practically a joke to the rest of the world) but this is going to be one tough team this year. Support your country, the world will be watching...

Here is a nice trailer of the U.S. team

June 12 - England vs U.S.A. this gonna be one badass game. I cant wait im literally counting down the days.

By the way, here are all the nations that will be in the worldcup:

give the world cup a chance if you watch the leagues. Its a whole different level of soccer.

Its so huge as an event (bigger than any other)i cant comprehend why it hasnt caught on here yet. I feel bad for the U.S. team...:(

If the teams and leagues here would pay young superstars(Freddy Adu) instead of recruiting washed up hasbeens(Pele, David Beckham) they might have a better shot at making soccer(football) a viable sport in the US.

maybe, i just dont think americans feel as passionalty for the sport as the rest of the world. To the rest, soccer is life. When they see their nation play another nation, its more than just a game to them, its their national pride. I dont feel the same with america. Thats why i feel bad for the U.S. team, they just dont have the support the way other nations support their team. England vs USA will be an intense game.

    Re: FIFA World Cup teasers

England vs USA will be a great game. Interest has been building in the US fairly steadily I think for the last two or three World Cups. Before that I had never even heard of anything that remotely sounded like professional soccer. Soccer has a stigma in the US, its that of a feminine sport(which its NOT) Due to young males typically playing football and yourng females typically playing soccer. Football is king in America, until its not soccer won't be a big thing here. It will continue to be a niche sport ala Hockey or LaCrosse...

great point ryan. I never knew that soccer was considered a feminine sport until you just mentioned it. Makes no sense at all, basketbl is big here and we have the WNBA, what does feminine have to do with it? any sport including football can be payed by both sexes. If that is the reason people here are missing out on some serious fun. its a sports of skill and teamwork.

Throwing a curve ball in baseball is amazing. Can you imagine doing curve balls with your foot? Its not all about how strong you are, skill is just as impressive:

Absolutely amazing video, I love the curve balls!

Also, I watched one of the other videos and it said 'controversy' and it didnt even have the penalty where italy dived at the end of the australia vs Italy game... there was no chance they were going to let Australia beat Italy, its bullshit... GRRRRRRRR

but I cant wait! we have to beat italy this year:D
