Fijian Blue Devil Damsel isn't eating!

He is normally very active but the last few days he has been slow moving and sticking to the bottom the the tank. He doesn't seem interesting in food (Tried Brine Shrimp and flakes)

Parameters are all fine.

Tank mates are a Royal Blue Damsel and a Snowflake Eel.

How's your oxygen exchange?

And define "fine" for parameters. If I remember correctly, your tank is about 10 gallons. Which is too small for all those animals.
