Jan 16, 2013 #2 FishyReef Broke Reefer! You really don't need a filter for that size - you can just do regular water changes and have enough live rock and that should be enough to keep your parameters in check.

Jan 16, 2013 #5 Bifferwine I am a girl You should have 1 to 2 lbs of rock per gallon. In a 16 gallon tank, 16 to 32 lbs.
