Finger Leather

Is it normal for a finger leather to one day be fully extended and inflated to the next day being totally scrunched up and not extending it's polyps?

Yep, that's normal...it may be shedding.

Don't be surprised to see it stay closed for awhile, week +. Normal behavior for a leather.

I have four leathers, its rare they are all open ever at once, so they are closed much of the time for me, but they do open.

Yay it's open again!! I've been gone for the last 4 days but when I looked this morning it was open, so can't say for sure exactly when it happened.
