Hey man, looks like the water cleaned up a lot. When you get a chance on Monday you should post your test levels to see how your cycle is going.

hey
I found some hicth hikers that came in on the live rock which i purchased form a a local guy, they came out after i put a shrimp in the water to get my cycle going. There were 2 small starfish about the size of a penny and also a neon yellow worm about 4 inches in length.

I also got another 750 powerhead, I am just deciding on a light now and ill be all set. any feedback on the marineland reef capable led?

I have the ML reef capables, and i think they're great. Most of us that have them think so. They'll pretty much let you keep anything you want to keep.

will one ml 36-48 inch reef led be sufficient to sustain most corals?

That really depends on the actual dimensions of your tank. I see 36x12 in your tank description, but depending on the depth of the tank you will have variable results at different depths. SPS and nems have to be kept up near the top, but depending on how deep the tank is, LPS and softies can be kept almost anywhere.
