Fish death

So I had two BL & wh clowns die a lil over a month ago and my ammonia is now rising. It was at 1.0ppm. What can I do that won't kill my coral? Should I just do a 15g WC or add something to the tank.
Another questions what do y'all do with your overflow? Mines getting dirty just drop 5 or 10 snails back there or ? Thanks

Water changes asap are your best bets. Do several of them until the ammonia is 0. In this case, some might even suggest turning to a neutralizer, like Amquel (it'll make your skimmer act up for a while though).

Seems strange to me that you are just now seeing your ammonia rise since its been a month since you lost your clowns. Have you lost anything else or disturbed your sand bed more recently?

Well, checked it out yesterday and everything is normal. Ammon 0, rites 0, and my rates 30. Strange this would be my first miss reading. Oh well, thanks for every1 advice thank god I didn't need to use any.
