flat thing but not flat worm

so i was just taking out a frag plug and when i lifted it these little flat things started running around the base like crazy. they are about the size of flatworms but they arent that squishy sluggy material.. it almost looks like an oval shaped asterina starfish... or its at least the same type of out skin... and it crawls waaayy faster than asterinas or flatworms. too small to take a pic with my cell phone.. any ideas? they look like mini versions of those flat little bugs at the beach. ive always called them sea roaches but these are like mini versions

Could be a flat worm still, there are tens of thousands of species. Maybe you could get a picture of it with a camera?

My lens is jammed :(... It looks exactly like a sea roach just super small.

I have lots of those in my tank as well. I think thats what eat my Zoas.
