Ordered live rotifers for my tomato clowns that had laid eggs last week, ordered on tuesday. Today is monday I have not recieved them so I called, they informed me that they would be shipping today or tomorrow, when there site said they ship on thursdays. When I talked to them they said that they were out of town last week, nothing said this on the site, but I was told " the answering machine said it" I am very disappointed with them as i know it only takes a few seconds to place a banner on a website that would state we are out of town no shipments this week. If I had known this I would have ordered from Reed or another company.

Wow... if they have a site that takes orders, they should really post something on there. That is bad business.

You can try this place next time, too. Much cheaper than their competitors, and when I have ordered from them in the past, I've been very happy.
