Ok I noticed some maroon spots on my live rock, I thought I saw it when I first put them in and I am assuming since all the hermits and snails have been added 6 days ago that their cleaning has made it more noticeable.
They really have cleaned a ton of fuzz off the rocks and you can easily tell if you saw the before and after results.
My topic is actually about this new thing I have found growing on my rocks. It is is one spot.
It is orange similar to a sponge but it has a ton of what I would describe is see through orange test tubes growing in group. Just round cylinders in bunches.
I have attached a pic from my phone so sorry it stinks but it should give anyone who knows enough to tell me.
They seem to be in oval or circle groups.
