Found This on the Zoa/Paly Coral

Found this unidentified inch long thing on the coral my zoas and palys are on. I'm already having enough trouble with them as it is! I pulled it out with tongs, put it on the towel, snapped it's pic and put it back in just in case it's beneficial. It's good size so if I have to remove it, I can get my tongs on it!! There was also a smaller one on the glass.

Oh and that's not a body or anything squished out of it. It's a husk from the coral

Well it just POOF! Appeared! I showed the pic to the guy at the LFS I started dealing with, he said he though it may be a limpet

Is it hard? Squishy? Did it come right off the rock when you pulled it or was it hanging on?

The shape reminds me of a stomatella snail.Does it look like these.

Look to be a bi valve of some sort actually There were 2 of them. I'm grooming a dog right now. When I get home I'll take another pic

He's hard like an oyster. He's still attached to the husk I pulled off the coral
