Occasionally we've had questions about freshwater aquariums on Living Reefs, so it made sense to create a sister site to LR all for all your freshwater fish needs :D.

The site is www.freshwaterforums.com and is set up to be very familiar to LR, so the section names and design is quite similar.

Please check the site out if you've got any freshwater questions (or pass it on to others that may find it useful) :). It's running some new forum software that could be used here on LR in the future, so it's worth while checking out to see how it works even if you dont have a freshwater tank.

If you do pop over, be sure to say hi :D

I'll definitely check it out Ian...although I don't do fw tanks anymore, I'm thinking of breeding cichlids again.

I've done a quick update to get the new design (with a temporary logo) up and running. More stuff will be added soon :).
