Fuzzy Chiton

Hello again!

This time i'm worried about my fuzzy chiton.

For some time I had lots of algae in my tank. Its really cleared up nicely. Maybe a little too cleared up? The snails seem to be doing well, they still make trails through the green film that builds up on the glass, so I assume they are eating ok.

Over the last week or so Ive seen crabs and snails picking at the algae my fuzzy chiton wears. He is almost bald! He gets upset and peels his sides up off the rocks to try and shake the snail or crab. They always left him alone until now.

Think this is a sign they are going hungry?
Is there anything I should do to try and feed the chiton and snails?

Thanks for the advice!

Not much you CAN feed em,unless of course you want to introduce some more algae.
Just leave em be.They'll find enough algae to munch on.Besides,NO tank stays algae free forever.

This is the first time my tank has been free of any major algae outbreak.

I like the chiton, when the algae was thick on the rocks he could make a clean trail through it. Whatever rock he is on is always the cleanest.
