i know this stuff is great for the reef, but what about a FOWLR? what does everyone think about this stuff? i've heard good and bad, just wondered what you guys thought!

I have heard both great and horrible things about it, I cannot speak from experience so Ill leave my comment to that.

It won't hurt anything in a FOWLR tank, but if you have predators they will probably eat whatever animals come with the grunge, which is an expensive snack.
