Good or Bad Algae??

I noticed this brown algae all over my tank, is it good or bad? here are some pics:

completly normal, your tank is cycling :). you can wipe it away if youd like, but it will receed on its own when enough bacteria has been reproduced.

so do i clean that on the rear crystal or i leave it like that?

That is diatoms.They are perfectly normal in a new tank.
Like Cageburn said,they'll eventually go away on their own when all the silicates in the water are used up.
