Good or bad?

I have two new creatures in my tank. The white one looks to me like a worm of some sort that extracts tentacles when anything comes close to it. The other thing I have not got a clue as to what it is. My question is what are they? Should I get them out of my tank?

First one cant quite see, putting my bet on a feather duster, they are fine.
Second one, bad, Aiptasia, nuke it with Aiptasia X.

+ 1 Waddi. First looks like some sort of duster worm to me (totally harmless) second one looks like a pest 'nem to me

After further examination I found four of the Aiptasia. I went to my local aquarium shop and purchased Aiptasia X. It was easy enough to use. Hopefully it works.

Well its been a week and no more Aiptasia. The Aiptasia X killed them on contact and they haven't multiplied any more. Thank you for the advice.
