Gorilla Crab?

Is this a gorilla crab and is he big enough to catch and kill my fish? I've been losing fish for no apparent reason, all my water params are good. I check them, I have a trusted LFS test them, nothing there to cause them to die. So I spotted this guy and pulled him out a rock only to find that is about the size of a dime. Let me know what you guys think, thanks!!

Depends on the size of the fish, but yeah, he is capable of taking your fish out. It's a good thing you got him out.

The crab is about the size of a dime and the missing fish are 1" to 1 1/2" tops.
