Definitely not aiptasia. Looks like some type of algae to me. Hard to tell much more than that in the picture.

Yeah, sorry about the picture, damn thing was moving so much, I took 6 pics and this was the best one. Couldn't tell if the movement was its own, or just the water flow. Thank you for the Spaghetti Worm suggestion. As a result I did a little searching and found that I have either Spaghetti or Hair worms. Also from my research these look to be harmless, even beneficial detritus eaters? Am I right on that?
