Great deal on fish?

I wasn't sure where to post this thread so sorry if its on the wrong category. This deal looks like it's too good to pass up, I found it on craigslist.

65 Gallon Saltwater Aquarium with stand-includes everything!

I need some more live rock in my 55 gallon and all the extra supplies wouldn't hurt to have. IMy question is it feasible to put 1 or 2 of these fish in a tank thats been running for about a month now. If my tank was established theres no doubt I would def hop on that deal. The lady told me she would take 175 because she just wants to get rid of it..

That is a pretty sweet deal as well but this one I posted seems perfect. Through emails she told me she spent 1450 on the setup plus whatever the livestock cost...She doesnt know what kind of products she has so im assuming she just has money and wants to get rid of it now. She told me they came to her house and put everything together for her so im sure the store was selling her expensive stuff.
